We provide standard 1 year warranty to all our customers from the date of delivery on all structural frame components; seat post and frame. Any electronic components of the mobility scooter or power wheelchair is found to be defective in material or workmanship upon examination, it will be repaired or replaced without any charges.
The batteries are warranted for 6 months.
We also have S19 Brio Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for our customers who wish to travel overseas with our scooters. Customers are to inform the airlines before purchasing of airline tickets and it is subjected to airlines clearance before boarding.
